    Senator Unger moved to amend the amendment on page forty, section three, subdivision (1), line fifteen, after the word “chapter.” by inserting the following: Notwithstanding any other provision of this code to the contrary, swimming pools are not subject to any provision of this article or article thirty-one of this chapter.;

    And,

    On page eighty-one, section four, subsection (f), by changing the colon to a period and striking out the remainder of the subsection.
